Returns are accepted within 3 business days of delivery.

Returns will be processed when items are received back and found to be in good condition. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the shipping cost to return the item to the shop will be at the expense of the customer.

Orders will be shipped from Cerulean Stag within 1-5 business days. Shipping speed is dependent upon carrier and location of the customer. Please allow adequate time for the product to arrive and check tracking updates before reaching out to check on the status of your order.

Any temporary shop closures affecting shipping will be noted in this section and added to the announcement banner located on the top of the website.

Products that are not one-of-a-kind items are stocked up on a regular basis.
